PLAN OF THE WEEKEND

MAY 16 & 17, 2008

FRIDAY 16 MAY

1200 HOURS:

· CHECK-IN STARTS AT THE DILLARD HOUSE. Purchase your tickets for the Friday night buffet ($16.00 per person tax and gratuity included) and the Saturday night banquet tickets ($28.00 per person tax and gratuity included). You will need tickets for admission both nights. The Friday and Saturday night banquet stubs will be used for the door prize drawings. When you purchase your banquet tickets you will receive a 20% discount card that can be used to purchase any additional meals at the Dillard House.

· Your next stop is the by the Straiton room in the building behind the parking lot. Look for our reunion sign. Here you will check in with the greeters, update the master roster, and view the raffles and silent auction items. The door prizes and reunion operations are funded from donations, silent auctions and raffles so please bring an item for the silent auction. Note: We have a new procedure for reserving seats at both the Friday and Saturday night events. Please ask your greeters to help you reserve the seat(s) of your choose.

1700-1800 HOURS

Social hour with open buffet (at 1800), sea stories and other interesting conversation until???

1930-2130 HOURS:

A full repertoire of songs that you will remember sung by the very talented vocalist Ray Shaw. He will have CD's available for purchase.

SATURDAY 17 MAY

0700-0930 HOURS:

A complimentary continental breakfast will be available in the Straiton Room beginning at 0700 hours.

A full breakfast can be purchased at the Dillard House. Don't forget to use your discount card.

MORNING ACTIVITIES:

0730 HOURS:

GOLF: There are several great golf courses in the local area. All hands interested in playing golf on Saturday call Harry Thigpen ASAP at 770-889-4456 so he can arrange tee times. In order to arrange tee times, he must hear from you by April 13th.

0900 HOURS:

FISHING with Hubert Moore & Kin West (at Andy’s Trout Farm).

1030-1200 HOURS:

BINGO in the James Room with some great prizes!!!

AT ANYTIME: Information is available at Straiton room.

REMEMBER TO PURCHASE RAFFLE TICKETS AND MAKE YOUR SILENT AUCTION BIDS IN THE STRAITON ROOM.

1630 HOURS: Business meeting in the Straiton room with recognition of new members.

1700 HOURS SHARP: Silent auction bidding ends. Please pickup and pay for your items before the banquet.

1730 HOURS: Open bar and social time.

1800 HOURS: Banquet in the James room. The raffle drawings and awarding of the door prizes will be held after the Banquet.
